You’ll spend the day working through realistic scenarios, practising techniques in a supportive environment with guidance at every stage. We keep group sizes small so you get plenty of time to learn, rehearse, and build confidence.
By the end of the day, you’ll have stronger problem‑solving skills, a clearer understanding of how to manage incidents, and the knowledge to climb more independently.

Knowing how to look after yourself and your partner is an essential part of becoming a confident, independent climber. Our Self‑Rescue for Climbers course gives you the practical skills to manage common problems on the crag, deal with unexpected situations, and make safe, informed decisions when things don’t go to plan.
